Panning

Panning is a technique usually used in sports photography. A photo has a well-focused subject while the background shows an impression of motion. The July 22, 2009 total solar eclipse will be the longest in history — about 6 minutes (as viewed from China). In Zamboanga City, Philippines however, has only 27% visibility.
