City Sunrise in Makati

I’m back to photographing mode again! Once again, I’ve forgotten how photography excites me. Much more now that my husband and I always wanted a place just for the 2 of us. So that’s double the excitement!

The July 22, 2009 total solar eclipse will be the longest in history — about 6 minutes (as viewed from China). In Zamboanga City, Philippines however, has only 27% visibility.

I’d like to share this shot that I took a few months ago while practicing landscape shots at our city’s Kawa-Kawa Boulevard. Somehow seeing that boat house depresses me. I was looking for hummingbirds on the second-floor balcony of our house when another flyer passed by. It’s surprising to learn that when you wait for something to shoot at another one comes along. Makes the waiting worthwhile.
